Department Mapping

The full operational structure of the organisation. HQ reads each department independently against the seven living standards — weighting shifts by department function. Add every department that operates in your organisation.

Culture & Values

The human layer of the organisation. HQ reads the alignment between what the organisation states it stands for and what its operations actually produce. This is one of the most significant inputs to the assessment.

The values the organisation formally declares — not what it aspires to, what it has committed to

Analytical path — this determination
Next step
Verify has assessed the organisation's operational reality. For continuous monitoring of live deployments, proceed to HQ OS.

HQ does not store what you submit. It does not store what it returns to you. Your results live on your systems, not ours.

Assessment reports take approximately 60–90 seconds to generate.

About HQ
What is HQ?+
HQ — Human Quotient is a technology platform that assesses biological and behavioural alignment within organisations. It exists because AI's advancement into organisational operations has outpaced the human standard required to govern what AI produces. HQ is that standard — built to operate at the point where human judgment and AI output meet. It runs through three portals — HQ Select, HQ Verify, and HQ OS — each serving a different organisational need. There is no human consultant involved at any point.
Is there a human involved at any point?+
No. HQ is fully automated across all three portals. No consultant, analyst, or operator participates in any assessment, read, or monitoring function. The platform processes your submission and returns the result independently.
How does HQ produce its results?+
HQ processes each submission through its assessment engine and returns a determination. The result tells you what was found and, where relevant, what the recommended course of action is. The method behind the assessment is proprietary and is not disclosed.
HQ Verify
What is HQ Verify?+
HQ Verify assesses your organisation department by department against a defined set of standards. The assessment produces a formal alignment report and, upon completion, the HQ Verified mark. The scope of the mark reflects exactly what was assessed: a department mark, a divisional mark, or a full organisation mark. They are not the same and are not displayed the same way.
What is the HQ Verified mark?+
The HQ Verified mark is a credential issued to organisations that have completed an HQ Verify assessment. It confirms that the assessed scope of the organisation has been evaluated against an independent biological and behavioural standard. It is not self-reported and cannot be purchased without completing the assessment.
Does the mark show what was assessed?+
Yes. The mark carries a scope indicator that reflects exactly what was assessed — a single department, a division, or the full organisation — and the period of assessment. A department mark and a full organisation mark are not the same and are not displayed the same way.
Is the mark ever discounted?+
No. The mark licence fee is fixed and is not subject to discount under any circumstances or any billing arrangement.
Data & Security
Where does my submitted content go?+
Your submission is transmitted over an encrypted channel to HQ's processing engine. The engine assesses it and returns the result to you. HQ does not store submission content. Nothing from what you submitted is retained after the result is delivered.
Who has access to my submission?+
No one. The submission is processed by the engine automatically. No human at HQ reads, reviews, or accesses your submission content at any point.
What security measures protect my submission?+
All transmissions between your systems and HQ's processing engine are encrypted end-to-end. Each transaction uses a unique, time-limited route that expires immediately after use. No fixed endpoint exists that could be identified or probed.
Getting Started
How do I register?+
Select the portal from the main page. Complete the registration form with your organisation name, sector, size, department structure, and contact details. Access is confirmed within one business day following verification of your registration details.
I have registered. What happens next?+
You will receive your access credentials and a link to the HQ Verify tutorial. Read the tutorial before beginning. Follow it in order — each step must complete before the next begins.
The Assessment
How does the assessment begin?+
Once your registration is confirmed and billing is active, you will receive access to the portal and the onboarding tutorial. The tutorial sets out exactly what your organisation must prepare and in what order. The assessment sequence begins only after the onboarding steps are completed.
What does my organisation need to prepare?+
The full list of preparation requirements is contained in the HQ Verify onboarding tutorial, delivered at registration. Preparation varies by scope — department, divisional, or full organisation. Do not begin preparing before reading the tutorial. Submissions made outside the defined sequence cannot be assessed.
How are departments assessed?+
Each department is assessed independently against the relevant standards for its function. The weighting applied reflects the nature of the department's role. You do not select or influence which standards are applied — this is determined by the engine based on the department type declared at registration.
What does the report look like?+
Your report is delivered as a structured written document in plain language. It covers alignment standing by department, identified gaps, and the recommended course for each gap. It does not contain numerical scores, weights, or technical breakdowns. It is suitable for board, investor, or regulator review. Store it immediately upon delivery — HQ does not retain a copy.
When is the mark issued?+
The mark is issued upon completion of the assessment and confirmation of your active mark licence billing. Both must be in place before the mark is released.
Billing & Mark
How does billing work for HQ Verify?+
HQ Verify is billed as a one-time assessment fee based on the size of your organisation and the scope of assessment. The HQ Verified mark is then billed separately on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on your chosen billing period.
How long does the mark last?+
The mark is valid for the duration of the billing period it was issued under. It must be renewed to remain active. An expired mark lapses and may not be displayed. Renewal requires a current billing commitment — not a new full assessment.
What happens to my mark if I cancel?+
The mark lapses at the end of the billing period in which cancellation is confirmed. It must be removed from all public-facing materials immediately upon lapse. Continued display of a lapsed mark is a violation of the HQ mark licence terms.
Can I request my report to be redelivered?+
No. HQ does not retain results after delivery. If a result was not saved on receipt, it cannot be recovered. All results should be saved immediately upon delivery.

HQ Verify — Troubleshooting
The mark has not been issued after the assessment completed.+
Two conditions must both be in place: the assessment must be fully complete and your mark licence billing must be active. Check billing first — a failed payment holds the mark. If billing is confirmed active, check that all assessment steps were completed in the correct order. The mark releases automatically when both conditions are met. If both are confirmed and the mark has not been issued within 24 hours, contact support with your account reference.
The assessment is not progressing.+
The assessment sequence is step-dependent — each step must complete before the next begins. Return to the tutorial and confirm which step is current. A submission made outside the defined format or not matching the declared department will not be processed and the sequence will not advance. Resubmit in the correct format. If you cannot identify the pending step, contact support with your account reference and the last confirmed completed step.
I cannot find or access my report after the assessment.+
HQ does not retain copies after delivery. The report is delivered once — to the address specified at registration, at the time of completion. If it was not saved on delivery, it cannot be recovered. If the report never arrived at all, contact support with your account reference and assessment completion date. Do not contact support to request a reissued copy — a new assessment is required.
The mark has lapsed but I believe my billing is active.+
The most common cause is a failed payment — card expiry, insufficient funds, or billing details not updated. Check your payment history for failed transactions. Update your payment details and settle any outstanding amount. The mark reactivates once billing is confirmed current. If there are no failed payments and the mark is still lapsed, contact support with your account reference and the date of your last confirmed billing.
I cannot access my account.+
Confirm that you are using the correct credentials issued at registration. If you have forgotten your credentials, use the credential recovery option on the login page. If recovery does not resolve access, contact support with your organisation name and registered email address.
A step in the tutorial is not producing the stated outcome.+
Re-read the step and confirm that all prior steps were completed in the correct order. Skipping or reordering steps will cause later steps to fail. If all prior steps are confirmed complete and the step still fails, contact support and specify the exact step number, the action taken, and the outcome received.
I want to report a security concern.+
Contact support immediately using the security contact method provided in your onboarding documentation. Do not use the standard support channel for security concerns. Describe what you observed without attempting to investigate or reproduce it.
