HQ Select — Determination Report

Analytical path — this determination
Next step
Select assesses the declared framework. What the organisation actually does with it is a different question. That is HQ Verify.
HQ Verify
Full operational assessment across all departments. Department-by-department signal moment map. HQ Verified mark upon completion.
HQ OS
Continuous deployment. HQ installs across your operational infrastructure and runs without stopping. Always reading. Always ready.

HQ does not store what you submit. It does not store what it returns to you. Your results live on your systems, not ours.

Assessment reports take approximately 60–90 seconds to generate.

About HQ
What is HQ?+
HQ — Human Quotient is a technology platform that assesses biological and behavioural alignment within organisations. It exists because AI's advancement into organisational operations has outpaced the human standard required to govern what AI produces. HQ is that standard — built to operate at the point where human judgment and AI output meet. It runs through three portals — HQ Select, HQ Verify, and HQ OS — each serving a different organisational need. There is no human consultant involved at any point.
Is there a human involved at any point?+
No. HQ is fully automated across all three portals. No consultant, analyst, or operator participates in any assessment, read, or monitoring function. The platform processes your submission and returns the result independently.
What makes HQ different from other assessment tools?+
Most platforms measure what people report about themselves or what data produces as output. HQ reads a different layer — the biological and behavioural signal that is present in the communication, the decision, or the operation itself, before rational processing has completed. This is the layer that AI cannot access, simulate, or replace. HQ does not compete with AI output. It completes it with the human signal layer that data structurally cannot contain.
HQ Select
What is HQ Select?+
HQ Select reads a specific item — an email, a policy, a contract, a complaint, a decision, or a recurring error pattern — before it proceeds. Where misalignment is detected, HQ returns a redirection: an alternative course that achieves your objective without the harmful consequence. HQ Select does not say no. It shows you the better route.
Who is HQ for?+
HQ is designed for organisations — particularly those that have integrated AI into their operations and require an independent human standard to govern what that AI produces. Any organisation that makes decisions, communicates externally, publishes policies, manages people, or operates continuously can engage one or more of the three portals. HQ is not a consumer product.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes, for HQ Select only. You receive 10 free evaluations when you register. No payment card is required to begin. HQ Verify and HQ OS do not have a free trial — they are entered directly at the relevant billing tier.
Can I use my free credits across all six categories?+
No. Your 10 free credits are locked to the category of your first submission. If your first submission is a contract, your free credits apply to contracts only. This is a system rule and cannot be changed.
Data & Security
Where does my submitted content go?+
Your submission is transmitted over an encrypted channel to HQ's processing engine. The engine assesses it and returns the result to you. HQ does not store submission content. Nothing from what you submitted is retained after the result is delivered.
Is my submission confidential?+
Yes. Your submission content is processed by the engine and returned as a result. It is not seen by any human, stored in any database, or used for any purpose other than generating your result.
What security measures protect my submission in transit?+
All transmissions between your systems and HQ's processing engine are encrypted end-to-end. Each transaction uses a unique, time-limited route that expires immediately after use. No fixed endpoint exists that could be identified or probed.
Who has access to my submission?+
No one. The submission is processed by the engine automatically. No human at HQ reads, reviews, or accesses your submission content at any point.
Getting Started
How do I register?+
Select the portal you wish to engage from the main page. Complete the registration form with your organisation name, sector, size, and contact details. Your account is created immediately upon submission. You will receive a confirmation and your access credentials by the method specified at registration.
What information do I need to register?+
Organisation name, sector, size by headcount, primary contact name and email, and your chosen portal. HQ Select requires only name, sector, and contact.
I have registered. What happens next?+
You will receive your access credentials and a link to the relevant portal tutorial. Read the tutorial before making your first submission. The tutorial is specific to your portal and covers every step of the process. Follow it in order.
Using HQ Select
How do I make my first submission?+
Log in to HQ Select. You will see your credit balance and the submission field. Paste or type the content you wish to have assessed. The category is determined by the nature of your first submission and is locked from that point. Submit. Your result will be returned in the same session.
What can I submit?+
You may submit content in one of six categories: email or communication, policy or internal document, contract, complaint or escalation, decision brief, or recurring error pattern. Each submission must fall within one of these categories. Submissions that do not fit a defined category cannot be processed.
What format should my submission be in?+
Plain text only. Paste the content directly into the submission field. Do not attach files. Do not include images, tables, or formatting. The engine reads text. Non-text content will not be processed.
How quickly do I receive my result?+
Results are returned within the same session, typically within seconds of submission. If a result has not appeared within two minutes, refresh the page and check your result history.
How do I read my result?+
Your result is a plain-language determination. It will tell you whether the submission is aligned, misaligned, or requires attention — and where relevant, will provide a recommended course of action. Store the result on your own systems immediately. HQ does not retain your result after delivery.
Can I change my category after my first submission?+
No. The category is locked to your first submission and applies to all credits — free and paid — on your account. This is a permanent system rule. If you require a different category, you must open a separate account.
Billing & Account
How does billing work for HQ Select?+
After the free trial, you choose between pay-per-read or a monthly bundle. Pay-per-read is priced by category. Monthly bundles offer a fixed number of reads per month at a flat fee, with an unlimited option available. All billing is in US dollars.
What happens when my free credits run out?+
You will be prompted to select a paid plan. You may choose pay-per-read or one of the monthly bundles. Until you select a plan, no further submissions can be processed.
How do I upgrade my plan?+
Log in to your account and navigate to Billing. Select the plan you wish to move to. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
How do I cancel?+
Cancellation is managed through your account Billing settings. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Access continues until that date.
Where are my results stored?+
On your systems. HQ delivers results and retains nothing. You are responsible for storing, organising, and protecting your results from the moment of delivery. HQ cannot retrieve a result after it has been delivered because no copy exists on our side.

HQ Select — Troubleshooting
I submitted but no result was received.+
Wait two minutes, then refresh. Confirm your submission is plain text only — no attachments, no formatting. Confirm your submission matches the category locked to your account. If all requirements are met and no result has arrived after two minutes, contact support with your submission reference number.
My category is locked to something I did not intend.+
Category locks automatically to the first submission made on your account — it is not a selection made at signup. It cannot be changed on the same account. If you require a different category, open a new account. Your locked category is visible in your account settings.
My credit balance is lower than expected.+
Each submission consumes one credit regardless of length. Check your submission history in your account dashboard. If your history shows submissions you did not make, contact support immediately. If the history is accurate, log out, log back in, and contact support if the discrepancy remains.
I upgraded to a paid plan but my credits have not updated.+
Log out and log back in immediately after any billing change. If credits are still not showing, check your billing account for payment confirmation. If payment is confirmed and credits are still not updated, contact support with your account reference and payment confirmation.
I cannot access my account.+
Confirm that you are using the correct credentials issued at registration. If you have forgotten your credentials, use the credential recovery option on the login page. If recovery does not resolve access, contact support with your organisation name and registered email address.
A step in the tutorial is not producing the stated outcome.+
Re-read the step and confirm that all prior steps were completed in the correct order. Skipping or reordering steps will cause later steps to fail. If all prior steps are confirmed complete and the step still fails, contact support and specify the exact step number, the action taken, and the outcome received.
I want to report a security concern.+
Contact support immediately using the security contact method provided in your onboarding documentation. Do not use the standard support channel for security concerns. Describe what you observed without attempting to investigate or reproduce it.
